Most in-stock orders ship within 48-hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning.

Orders shipping to addresses in the United States leave from our warehouse in Los Angeles California. Standard ground shipments usually arrive within 5 to 6 business days from when they leave the warehouse.

If items in your order are out of stock we.ll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 1 week.

Free Standard Shipping On Orders Over $100

All US and Canadian consumer orders of $100 or more are eligible for free FedEx or UPS Ground shipping.

Free shipping includes Alaska and Hawaii on orders of $100 or more.

Free shipping is based on the price before tax is added (if applicable).

Returns

Naked No More unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. If you are unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color.

Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return. Return or exchange must be done within 30 days of purchase.

Items purchased from the Online Store cannot be exchanged or returned at Retail Stores.

How to Exchange

If you would like to exchange merchandise purchased from the Naked No More Online Store for a different size or color please follow these instructions. Items purchased online cannot be returned at Retail Stores.
  • Place the items you wish to return in a box.
  • You must include a copy of the invoice.
  • Please provide a brief reason for you dissatisfaction.

You are responsible for return postage. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your credit is processed, a copy of the credit memo will be mailed to your billing address.
